Terms of Service

Acceptance
By accessing or using Zavio, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service
Zavio provides software for product-based businesses to create, send, track, and manage proposals, product catalogs, media, signatures, and related sales workflows. Features may change as we improve the product.
Accounts and authorization
You are responsible for keeping credentials secure, controlling workspace access, and ensuring that anyone connecting third-party services such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Xero, or payment providers is authorized to do so.
Merchant content and data
You retain ownership of your content and data. You grant Zavio the rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, back up, and otherwise operate the service for you and your authorized users.
Integrations
When you connect an integration, you authorize Zavio to access and process the data made available by that integration for the features you choose to use. You can disconnect integrations from the product or by revoking access at the provider where supported.
Shopify connector
The Shopify connector is intended to sync merchant-authorized product and inventory data into Zavio. It does not process Shopify payments, checkout, orders, or customer records. Shopify merchants remain responsible for complying with Shopify's terms and policies.
Billing
Paid plans, trials, renewals, taxes, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout or in the applicable app listing. Unless otherwise stated, cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges.
Acceptable use
You may not use Zavio to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, mislead recipients, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or send unlawful or abusive content.
Availability and support
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. For support, contact hello@zavio.app and include workspace, integration, and browser details where relevant.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zavio is provided as-is and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page or communicated through the product when appropriate.
